Tickets must match the actual age of passengers. Otherwise, staff reserve the right to deny boarding and request additional payment for fare differences. Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email and e-voucher. Please check your email promptly.

- How to Use Your Booking -
Arrive at the selected pier 10–15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
Look for staff wearing yellow vests with the "Dreamer" logo wording and present your voucher for check-in.
Precaution
Please arrive at the designated location 10–15 minutes early. To avoid delays, latecomers will not be accommodated.If weather conditions are unstable, guests may call +852 7072 6798 to confirm the schedule.
Arrive on time as the cruise will not wait for late arrivals.
Bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed.
In cases of adverse weather, such as Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warnings issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, cancellations and refunds will be arranged.
