This ticket grants entry to HCAC for the day and allows multiple entries on the same day.
★ Order Limit:
Each order is limited to 19 tickets and must correspond to the ticket holder's identity (discounted and free tickets require verification upon entry). Groups of 20 or more should register online and purchase tickets at the service desk.

Instruction
1. Please use your electronic ticket (QR Code) to scan for entry at the designated HCAC entrance.2. After successfully purchasing tickets, you can view the electronic ticket (QR Code) under Login Member > "My Orders".
3. Holders of free or discounted tickets must present valid identification for verification during ticket scanning. If eligibility is not met, regular tickets must be purchased on-site.
Precaution
1. This ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Tickets unused after 30 days are non-refundable.2. This system does not provide an option to modify orders. To change the number of participants or the reservation date, please cancel the ticket and make a new booking.

4. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, or other natural disasters), HCAC may postpone or cancel activities for public safety. Announcements and notifications will be made in advance. HCAC reserves the right to amend, terminate, or modify activity details as necessary.
5.Use of this ticket constitutes agreement to comply with HCAC's visitation regulations.
Refund Policy
1. Unused tickets purchased online can be refunded online within the 30-day validity period with no processing fee.Please apply for a refund through the [Member Orders] page.
2. Tickets are non-refundable once used.
3. Lost, damaged, burned, torn, or illegible tickets will not be reissued, exchanged, or refunded.
